I'm not too proud to sneak fruits and veggies into my kids' meals. They readily eat certain fruits, like strawberries and apples. Carrots are also an easy sell thanks to their dip-ability. And they think it's fun to pick mini tomatoes from our garden (I use the term "garden" loosely since it consists of only a single and lonely tomato plant).
